I have never shut up. I am a talker. But first I am a people-pleaser. I am a topic skirter. I am a peace keeper. My bubbly extroversion may come across as the ditzy drabble of a teen. I am not a serious friend. I’m goofy. I’m silly. There is a joke in everything and I am always searching for it. That is in the realm of face to face. On paper I can be an old soul. I can steer my ship into the heart of controversy. I am bold and brave. I am a brash woman with fierceness running through my blood. I write not because it is the least I can. But because it is the best. It is my strongest skill. My loudest voice. My only voice. I write because I am wired that way. To think now and scream it all out in ink later.
